Retinal neovascularization secondary to proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
Areas of hyperfluoresence in this IVFA are due to neovascularization and associated leakage of the vessels. Notice the neovascularization elsewhere and the neovascularization of the disc. Hypofluoresence in this IVFA is due to vitreous hemorrhage.
